Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highlights and drawbacks. The room, while quirky and lacking a bit of warmth, offered a great view of Etna. The service was friendly and accommodating, though not exceptional. The location was challenging to reach but had superb views. The dining experience was fantastic, with plenty of choices to enjoy. The facilities were good overall, providing a sleek and modern atmosphere.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are amazing, especially because mine was on the ground floor and had its own little associated garden, like a glass cube attached to the main house with beautiful views of Etna. The service was top-notch, with incredibly accommodating staff who also organized a fantastic Etna Tour with a local guide. The location is just superb, nestled in an orange orchard with stunning views of Mount Etna so close that you can see her breathing. The dining experience was excellent and generous, set outside on the terrace overlooking the orange grove and Etna. Overall, a remarkable experience worth every penny.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of quirky rooms but with a comfortable minimalist design. The service was excellent, offering assistance with various amenities, and the location was perfect for a relaxing holiday. The dining experience was fabulous overlooking an orange grove and Mount Etna. However, limited bar service and searching for the bartender were minor inconveniences.
The hotel has a unique, quirky style and lacks some warmth but is spotless and very clean. The service is friendly and helpful, but didn't meet my high expectations. The location is superb, perfect for relaxing holidays, but the building needs renovation. The dining was excellent with made-to-order fresh eggs every morning, but more hot choices would have been appreciated.
